• Technical logs: limited retention with regular deletion.
• Matomo data: limited retention according to internal settings.

• Web analytics: self-hosted Matomo.
• Form automation: n8n (internal).

Matomo web analytics (minimal mode)

• Do Not Track is respected.
• IP anonymization enabled in Matomo.

Public intake channels

Public channels are portal, email, and contact form. Instant messaging channels (e.g., WhatsApp/Telegram) are not part of current public intake.
